Chance is an important but not sufficient factor for the success roadmap
Each person lives with a purpose and motivation and designs their own life path plan.
There are many factors and parameters involved in how this roadmap is drawn.
Chance is a very important factor among these factors. Important factors such as:
The place of birth and life is the most important factor. A person who lives in a small town far from the capital will be behind the child who grows up in the capital in terms of growth and development.
The family and environment in which you grew up. A family that supports your good decisions and helps you grow and develop will also be a very important factor.
The relationships you have. A person will start building a serious relationship as a teenager. You have to be with people who help you and you help them, otherwise, your time will be wasted discussing friendship and camaraderie.
The talent and motivation you have. Each person’s genius and talent is different from the other, but what talents were left out because of the first case (living environment).
For example, if you are lucky, you will be born in an advanced city. And this issue of geographical algebra has caused a lot of deprivation and loss of talents. Many people look away and do not accept this because they did not understand! If this is not the case and you want to improve because the environment is not right for you, you will always be “five-nothing” behind someone who lives in a great environment.
The place to be born and grow up to a desirable age is not one’s own hand! You are less likely to see someone migrate to another environment as a child. The minimum required age is 18 years!
And at this critical age, which, according to your whole future, will be arranged, you have just become acquainted with the world around you, while your peers in good cities are ahead of you in the desired fields.
Therefore, the choice of place of residence at birth and reaching the desired age is not in the hands of the person and the person can not be condemned
To better understand, I will give you a real example:
I recently noticed an interesting success story of a female programmer in a large and reputable company with a history of less than 2 years.
I followed the relevant story and realized that the beginning of their work was accompanied by luck and then with their efforts and motivation, they succeeded in joining a great team. But it was a great chance to start!
Here is the story: He was born and raised in the capital.
Invited by a student friend of her software major to a programming workshop as a guest.
He easily establishes a friendly relationship with the lead team of one of the big teams of the company that was present in the workshop, and through this relationship, she enters that big company as an intern who did not know any programming.
It is here that it is said that she was an extrovert or had financial intelligence and … and was able to establish a relationship. Let me introduce you to some talented, extroverted and active people in my living environment who did not have the opportunity to participate in the workshop (because it does not exist) !? It may be said that people from the deprived area flourished! I have to tell you that these special cases were also by chance. Now luck can be in the form of meeting an important person or anything.
After several months of continuous training under the direct supervision of the lead team and other expert friends, she more or less becomes familiar with programming and joins that great team!

Many talented friends were not accepted as interns because they had no previous acquaintance with the big teams and much more information in the field. But she had a chance to have a relationship anyway!
With less than 2 years of experience in a large and excellent company, she is working and gaining experience and we hope that the continuation of the path ahead of them will be easy and good. Because effort and motivation must be necessary and he must have these parameters in addition to the above parameters which were the most important factors.
